And YUM--- they were a hit. Even Ross loved them, and he's usually weirded out a little when a treat tries to be healthy-ish. Wanna make 'em? Here's the recipe I copied from Sheena's blog.
Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix pb and brown sugar in mixer on medium speed until nice and blended (around 3 minutes)
Add eggs. Mix well.
Mix oats and soda.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Dough will be sticky and ooey gooey (professional baking terms there)
Spoon onto parchment lined baking sheet, and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
I tried them frozen, as I do every cookie--- and this one... I like a lot better soft. Even a day or two old--- still soft and yummy.
Enjoy.

glad you liked them!! we have them quite often since I always have the ingredients on hand...which I can never decide if that is a good thing, or a bad thing.
Yummy! I just tried making the sugar cookie recipe from Brooke's shower that you posted a while back last night. Super yummy! A big hit here. But if they are good and actually better for you, I'm in.
Usually I am not a big "recipe borrower" but I am totally going to try these! No flour and no butter? Wow - I am curious...
Love reading your blog. I know I never leave comments but I totally follow! You guys are so fun and your girls are the cutest things ever! I totally live my designing life through you - cause I never do it! And great job on the 5K!!! Running when you are not a runner is HARD! It would be like me trying to swim a mile or something. Tell Ross Tellian would be proud :)
Ooh, we'll have to try those as I'm needing something better for me these days. Thanks for taking the time to post these yummy recipes.
These look awesome, can't wait to make them. And you remind me of my dad, he always puts his treats in the freezer! I enjoy a frozen cookie too:)
Ooooh! I am going to try that recipe tonight. Congrats on your first 5K - running races is addicting.
