Help

I really need a revamp. I'm out of cards, and the ones I had were cheesy. My photo-blog needs a major lift, and my website--- even worse. I haven't touched it since I launched it a couple of years ago. Most of the photos are from my little D40 and I'm just not feeling it.

This seems like the easiest place to start. Cards. I've used lillie b so far. But every time I go to design a card, that holds me up. I don't like the balance of it with just the one letter. So this time I just went for my whole last name, even though it doesn't match the site. I think maybe I don't care?

So the cards, front/back: I know most of them are incredibly similar. I made a million different cards before these that were just NOT feeling at all like me. I want them to be clean and modern, but still feminine and pretty. I was trying to stay away from the chevron since I feel like I've used it a lot in cards and on my blog header. But as it turns out, chevron just really makes me happy. So until I'm sick of it, I'm goin' with it.

So... some are really subtle differences like the lighter Caviar Dreams font vs the bolder Abadi Condensed font. Or of course big chevron, little chevron.

But if you feel so inclined, let me know which is your favorite?

#3 Stood out a lot. It looks really professional but is still really stylish! Maybe that exact layout with pink?

You can't go wrong with ANY of them, but if I was forced to pick, I'd go with #4.

i just did gray and coral for a design project i was working on... so you can rest easy that your colors are awesome :). i like the 1 & 2 & 5 type ones but i would move the bar lower, rule of thirds ya know.

I think #3, partially because I'm trained to want consistency between all your marketing tools - website, cards, etc. And because I like green. And I like Chevron, but when it gets too little I think of pinking sheers (even so #2 is my runner up). I'm just impressed you can design such lovely things.

I like 3 a lot. I like green, it's funky. I like it much better than pink. And Lillie B Photography rhymes. I've always loved it! It's easier to remember than your whole name. Either way, you're a great designer. :) xoxo

I love number 3. I wonder if you could layer the grey chevrons over the yellow?

#3 really stood out to me, too. It's not my favorite color scheme, but it really makes a great impression on my mind that you are Lillie B Photography! You are amazingly talented!

I like #3.

You could always put

Lillie Biesinger

and then below or somewhere else put:

#3 and #6 are my favorites! But they are all great. By the way where do you get your digital paper you used to design them? Please tell me you did not design those as well! LOVE your style.

I vote for #1 and #6. Clean look. Nothing wrong with "lillie b" from a marketing standpoint.
