The last of Nana and Papa's house

Sophia gets stars in her eyes when she's with nana. I'm always amazed by it, since she doesn't really get THAT much time with her. She's a busy, parallegal, nana-of-19 type nana. I feel like Sophia can just really feel that she's MY mommy. And she has this instant, tender bond... like she trusts her implicitly. And it helps that she's like the funnest, happiest woman you've ever met.

I asked her the other day in the car if she missed Nana and Papa.

"Yeah--- I miss them a lot. I LOVE nana and papa."

Why do you love your nana?

I love her because she dances with me, and she makes me white toast, and she gives me a BIG chocolate popsicle, and she lets me watch cartoons in her bed with her....

Why do you love papa?

Because Papa's CRAZY. And that's only one thing. Let's talk about nana again.

She loves you too Kirk. :) That lady's some serious competition.

that is so cute! i love your momma to...she's pretty special. your kids are so cute! ian's babay boy melts my heart. he's so squishy that i had to kidnap him and chew on his face for a while at your grandmas funeral. you and your siblings make nothing but sweetness and beauty.

Lillie, I have to tell you about this funny dream I had last night...I dreamt that I snuck into your house while you were home because I wanted to see how you decorated and when you caught me you acted like you didn't even care. And then you started showing me your rabbit collection. I was very glad to wake up and not be so psychotic! Although you probably think I am now that I shared this with you! Your house was very cute in my dream though.

I'm going to ask Ross if I can borrow his weapon next time I'm at your house...in case someone breaks in to admire your decorating.

Kidding of course...

By the way. I plan to make Sophia some white toast next time I see her. Who knew it was so easy?

Oh, no, Lillie, they were real rabbits! Very cute. You told me that because your parents didn't let you have pets as a kid that you now have a pet fetish. I don't know, I must have looked at your blog last night before I went to bed. And possibly a rabbit website.

Hi Lillie, I couldn't find an email address for you on your blog - so I'll just ask here. Did you design your photography website yourself or did you buy a template? I'm trying to set up a website for myself but have little knowledge of HTML, CSS, etc.

Thanks so much! (P.S. - I love your blog! I don't even remember how I stumbled upon it originally, but I always look forward to your new posts!)
