It came!

The space is still a work in progress, I've moved over part of a collage... not sure if it will stick... anyone who visits my house knows I play constant musical chairs with everything on my walls...
but my SETTEE! It was on my doorstep when we got home from Utah! I've regretted painting so much blue in my house since I moved in... and yet here I am, after deliberating over the green, orange and white patterned, and black and white patterned....
unable to pass up the velvet tufts in blue. I guess I should just embrace it. I LA LA love blue!

ps. speaking of la la love.... got the poster from etsy, and yellow pillow from Urban. Should I mellow out the collage to whites and browns? Only white? Anything but black? All black? Or just leave it whatever shmever?

I love it! But I want to see Sophia and Mila leaning on each end, feet up, combing their mermaid dolls hair! Ha!

sigh. you really think you should change anything? heck no, it's all awesome. it's a good thing I live in a cardboard box...otherwise I would have to worry about never quite matching up. :)

lovely.

Hey Lillie! So you found me stalking you huh:) We are in Dallas Texas. Yeehaw.

Love your photo blog! You are so talented!

And I love this settee I want it at the end of my bed.
I too thought I didn't really like blue, because my mom wanted every room blue, and now I find myself incorporating it into my house quite often:)

That is too cute! Did you mention where you got it from? Love the color too... I think it is our upbrining by the ocean, that the color always sticks with us! I have tried to use other colors as well... but just can't escape it!
Love the collage too... I love contrast, so I say black frames. Or the darker brown, the the feet of the settee.

It looks GREAT! I like the collage just like it is. La la love it all! Makes me want to buy something other than 'black only' frames! :)

This looks sooo great. What a fun and unexpected piece. I love the La La Love You. I've got to get something like that. Actually, I just need you to come over and re-do my whole house. You are too cute. (Just read Tara's comment - you've got a new business - interior design, photography, fashion, overall cuteness factor, ... can one person have so much talent?)

Seriously. Straight out of a magazine or a really hip design blog. You know that people are going to be copying that picture and putting it on their blogs for their inspiration. Love it.
