Live Oak Pumpkin Patch 2008

This year we went with the Lamms. I wanted SO badly to be in sweaters and jeans...just to really make it feel like Fall.

I was pushing it with the jeans.

But it was still pretty close to perfect. There were pumpkins, a green wooden wagon, slides, kettle corn, a monkey who could stick dollars in his pocket (a little creepy and slave slash freak-show- like), and hay. I've always wanted bales of hay for my porch. So we bought some. Ross said "NEVER AGAIN" since apparently there will be little pieces of hay in our car for the rest of our lives. But whatever. I have hay on my porch. It's soooo Fall in the 98 degree desert.

Once again great photos AND commentary. Those little monkeys creep me out too. I need to photoshop my kids heads on your kids bodies so I can have gorgeous fall photos on my blog. I just don't see us having the time to make a trek out there. I can't believe how old Mila looks. I can't believe a year is coming up.

What an awesome pumpkin patch! Your hair is way different than I've ever seen it- I love it! It looks like you are enhancing that nice auburn color that occupies the lower portion of your head. It looks great- and you guys seem to have no trouble at all making everyone look good enough to photograph and hang on the wall. Even when I try something is just not right. Love you!

Oh and Mila is looking more and more like Sophia to me! So beautiful.

This puts our desert pumpkin patches to SHAME. Great photos of the kiddos!

And seriously . . . can it just cool off already? I'm so sick of shorts and tshirts and sweating to death all day. :)

BEAUTIFUL! If you don't have anything else fall, you have somehow captured (or made up) fall lighting. I love this time, because it reminds me of being there and seeing you and Sophia right before her first pumpkin patch experience. Is she really a big girl picking pumpkins with friends? That photo of her and.. Taylor?.. is priceless. These are incredible pics Lil, you are really mastering this art. And the art of child creation - the girls are beauties.

GORGEOUS photos Lillie.

That first one looks like it should be in some sort of child magazine or something.

It has cooled down here so it must be slightly cooler where you are...right?

What a fun pumpkin patch!! (even if it DOES include 98 degree weather!) And you, my dear, look stunning in your new hair color! It's kind of a pretty auburn color. I really like it, perfect for the winter. I'm loving the picture of you four, so adorable.

LILLIE!!!

I think those pumpkin patch photos of you are beautiful. I'm wondering if you took the hot mama's pill after you had Mila? Your new hair color is great, too!

okay, I agree, hot mama pill all the way. so pretty, all you girls! (no offense, ross.) This post actually made me want to drag my husband out to a pumpkin patch somewhere...even though the photo quality won't be the same, and the commentary won't be the same, this looked so fun, I might be determined.

beauty pictures, do you know all about lighting now and did all that on purpose? so beauty.

sigh. we (me and me) love lillie.

I've taken Claire to the pumpkin patch twice and my only question to you after my experience is how do your keep your kids so clean? She was filthy each time, not so great for fall photos.
