Because I'm always looking for a way to squeeze in more of their gorgeous framed faces in my house...

But honestly just because we were doing a frame project in her room and she was playing with the frame just like so... so I had to run and grab the camera. Never in a million years would she actually do this on cue. If she's smiling in a photo-- it's because she's having FUN. What you see is what you get. Gotta respect her a little for it. But it makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get a cute family photo. Of course we could get creative and be like... in action, so she'd be happy. But mommy's don't always look so good in action. So I've noticed. Tough combination.

Oh my gosh - is that Sophia LOOKING AT THE CAMERA?! What a face! I love how many angles I've seen her from, but dead on? Captivating.

She has such a beautiful face - with Biesinger cheeks, to-die for dimple... and curves and color in all the right places. Oh to have perfectly rosy cheeks from birth.

Really Lillie, these are amazing. I love her purple room in the background too. We haven't seen enough of the purple on your blog. The Tibbitt's pictures are darling too. Those pics of Toby are so great.

Lillie, so I know you don't know me at all, and I don't you at all. . . but I went to high school with Ross in Walnut Creek. He was more friends with my brother, actually. Your blog is on linked on so many of my friend's blogs, so every now and then I will see how you guys are doing. ANYWAY, you guys have an adorable family! Your blog is so cute and fun and it is great to see how old friends are doing! Tell Ross I said hello!!
p.s. so glad you posted about changing your hair color--almost did it myself, read your blog and ran into a friend next day who went dark and regretted it!!

Lillie, these are fabulous. You have gotten so good. I really feel like I've watched you develop as a photographer (me and your hundreds of other readers). But seriously, so, so good. And your new header? With those two adorable girls? Oh Lillie.
