Eleven weeks old today.
Sophie and Tanner in Tanner's chef hats, taking a break from "cooking" in his new kitchen. It appears he might be lecturing her in the culinary art... she's obviously amused. Lizzie and I were enjoying peace and quiet, wondering what they were doing in the play room, and stumbled on them like this.
We may or may not have attempted a little bit of this last week and then given up with our tail between our legs. No comments on that please. Just part of the journal. :)
And just one of my two girls-- it's impossible to get a cute one of them together yet, so these random ones are the best I can do.

Oh sister I know how fun potty training can be. I am extra motivated with four girls in diapers but it's still frustrating nontheless.

I love all the post's of Sophia and Tanner. It reminds me of when Mckee, Aubery and Madisen were little. Madisen has had such a hard time since we moved because she grew up with them and now has to find a new friend base.
The last picture is beautiful.
Love the photos. The one of the girlies together is soooo cute. Don't stress yourself on the potty training...it will all happen eventually!
As far as blessing Mila, my neice turns 2 months old this week so you aren't breaking any rules. :)
I love these pictures, especially teh toilet one.
Lillie, I love the potty training. Lyndsey is trying to get her little Lucy out of diapers before #2 arrives. Good luck. Sophia is so adorable, especially on the potty. I need to see your girls in real life! Next time you are in Utah can I really see your face? That would be so fun.
LOVE that pic of Mila. So cute!
Okay, so I LOVED catching up on your blog! I loved all the new pictures of Mila, and can't believe she is 11 weeks!! Time flies. I totally loved the post about blogs, and thought you nailed it. You have always had a way with your words, and you said it perfectly. I totally agree, everyone has their days, with cranky kids and laundry pile-up, but at the end of the day, it's so nice to be able to focus on the positives in our lives. It makes you so grateful for the life that you DO have. And I love how you put it, because it's what we all think but don't have the energy to put it to words! I just love you, Lill! p.s. I bet you are loving your new "Fresh & Easy"!! I love how excited you get about simple things like grocery stores. It's what makes you so endearing!!
Wow! I definitely need one of those grown up cameras! What beautiful kids you have. Her blue eyes are so beautiful...love her on the potty and the picture of both girls is absolutely precious! Now I know why I love looking at your blog!
Love that last photo Lillie. Tell me you'll frame it somewhere. In fact, are you printing + framing a lot of these photos??
Priceless pics. Every time I look at your blog, I want blonde hair, blue eyes, and a really nice camera. I love your baby girls, and the one of Sophia and Mila is especially priceless. Potty training seems hard - you're doing great I'm sure and really, other than the cost of diapers, what's the hurry? Thanks for your message today - love you Lil.
I wish that I lived in Hawaii, we just moved to Vegas in May after living there for 2 1/2 years. I'm really missing it right now. Thanks for the tip on Anthropologie, I'll have to check them out. I'm always looking for cute stuff to decorate my home with! Great pictures! This last one is adorable!!
The window light on that last photo is MAGNIFICENT. Just right. Thought you might want to know. Also, Totally have a picture of Gracie reading a book on the pot. Classic
sigh...if you wait too long to comment on here, everyone takes your words right from under you!
so first, my favorite is the last pic with the back light. SOOOOO cool. I actually saw instructions for that on allie's blog, and wondered if that helped, or if you figured it out all along? either way, FANTASTIC, loved it.
also, know that you have A YEAR before potty training entered my mind. a YEAR! so no stressing. i loved what sarah said. aside the cost of diapers, who cares!? :) so don't let that worry you.
I've decided right now is the time to live in the desert. we just got 8 new inches of snow early this morning. it is stacked up to the opening on my mailbox. seriously.
you are SO fabulous! have a great wednesday!
I love your blog. I periodically check it to see how you guys are doing. Growing up with Ross, I always knew that he would have an amazing family. When I read your posts, I feel like you are writing down exactly what I am feeling right now. It's crazy! I also have two little ones, an almost 2 1/2 year old little girl, and a 6 month old baby boy. I've been meaning to leave a post for a while, but after the potty training picture, I had to. I am in the thick of it with Riley right now. Just yesterday, I called my husband at work and said "She's going back in diapers!" He talked me out of it, but it is my least favorite mommy job so far.
Anyway, sorry for the long post. Tell Ross I said hi. You have a beautiful family.
