So since I do know a lot of people, locally, who blog-- I thought there could be some wisdom in posting our rental on mine. So just in case any of you who live in my world (you know who you are), know someone who needs a rental, and would appreciate a cute three bedroom house in a gated community with a great, big landscaped backyard, beautiful laminate wood flooring, window and door casings, large baseboards, and a washer and dryer included (a refrigerator also if needed).... that's WALKING distance to my much-loved Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market and the upcoming Super Target-- send them my way. We're asking $1395. Association and gardener are included. They could peek at the pictures here and send me an email at lillie_biesinger@yahoo.com

That is an amazing price, you shouldn't have any trouble renting it out. We found our new rental in Murrieta on Craig's list you should try posting there. Good Luck!
Your house is beautiful. And the price is great.
We ended up renting it. We'll try to sell again in a couple of years. I know prices on houses are great right now, it's hard not to buy.
Good luck! I LOVE your home!
Oh, and by the way, I'm thinking about joining Wes on a business trip of his in the next month or two so I can come see you and the girlies.
Ok, are you kidding me? You can't get a one bedroom apartment here for that! I'm floored. Sigh, I'm sad that I only got a one-time stint in the guest room, but can't wait to try out the new one. Does this mean you're keeping the new beauty??
If I was looking for a place to live in Indio, I would SO WANT YOUR HOUSE. It's darling, Lillie. What an exciting time for you! I am jealous for sure. Did you decide to keep your new house or are you going to go for another?
yes, yes tomorrow (thursday) after 5:15 my time I will be a lonely gal...I'll call you. :) and i too want to move in, as long as all the furniture stays. i'll pay extra.
on a more serious note, I've heard lots of craig's list success stories...so I second the motion to post it there.
Oh wow, I'm with sas, would that I could get a beautiful home for that price, Average one-bedroom in a desirable neighborhood is double that. But I'm remembering your post about competition and not being anything but glad for you! And to any potential renter who is reading this: if walls could speak, that home would have some really great things to about the owners.
Good pictures. Sells the place very well.
I just came across your blog. My husband and I live in Indio. We are house hunting right now. I loved your first home. Cute and simple. I was wondering what neighborhood it's in and the sq. footage? I love the wood floors and can't find any home here with wood flooring.
