One last Hoorah...

I had to snap a few with the coveted borrowed camera before it's returned to it's rightful owner... even if my poor, sweet girl is suffering from a runny nose and chapped red face.

If you haven't noticed, my daughter doesn't "smile" for the camera like other little ones seem to. So I get what I can.

I love these photos Lillie! They are so great, I'm SO tempted to ask for the camera for Christmas too. I've got to show Devin this blog post. Are you doing it manually or on auto focus? Because I'm wondering if it's difficult to change all the settings manual while trying to capture the moment (with kids this can be hard). Do tell, please.

My girl doesn't smile for the camera either. We call it a success if we get her looking in the general direction.

And I love that Sophia is wearing that cute tank in the middle of November.

As long as you are posting, we know that you have not had the baby yet. I like the pics of her oblivious to the camera. It makes me feel like we are seeing the real her - you know mellow, easy going, calm.

Hmmm, maybe I need that camera too.

How adorable she is!!! You also took GORGEOUS pictures of Lachelles wedding. I think you deserve that camera.

Love the pics Lillie. I love the side one of Sophia with her gazing. We're camara shopping right now to. Our's is 5 yrs old and not cutting it. The wedding pics turned out gorgeous.

I've been meaning to ask. Is your name all picked out?

I've been really curious about the name game too. Remember when we were wandering around the Museum of Natural History sounding out a few that started with "A"? I can't believe there will be a little body to match a name here any day! Thinking of you and hope things are going well!!
I LOVE the sideshot of Soph too, those blue eyes are like little fireworks.

I love her cute pony tails. I love that she gave me a big hug at nursery last week. Thanks for the great snack by the way. The kids went crazy for the Trader Joe's popcorn.

great photography, beautiful little girl. And remember-- a good camera does not make the photographer, you already have a good eye and the new camera will only make it easier to get the shot that you want!
