My little love bug

Just a moment earlier, she was giving me Eskimo kisses and talking to me nose-to-nose with the sweetest intensity... I was in heaven. Ross tried to take a picture with his new blackberry to capture the moment, and for once, she stopped what she was doing and looked up and smiled for the camera. For once, I hadn't wanted her to. But the memory of the moment is still the same for me, so it's going on the blog (even though it's not the most flattering of me... but what is when you're 21 weeks pregnant and even your ears feel 12 pounds heavier?)

We leave this Friday for Florida to spend a week with Lacy, Joe, Joseph, and Millie in a condo on Marco Island! Needless to say, I am SO so so so so excited. A whole week with my husband off of work, Lacy and Joe as company, Millie to hold in my arms for the first time, the beach, and a pool for my little girl who could live in the water, and a buddy/cousin to enjoy it all with. Regardless of how much sweating Lacy is trying to prepare me for in that southern humidity we're not accustomed to, it sounds like pure heaven on earth. Four days and counting.

Lillie, not the most flattering of you? You look good from every angle, in every photo, at all times. It's rather ridiculous actually. And you can tell from that sweet expression and glow that Sophia was just showing love.

Sigh, I want to come visit your house and pretty furniture and baby and little belly and YOU. How far apart are you and Rebecca where due dates are concerned? How many new little niece/nephews am I going to get at once?

Have SO much fun w/ Lacy, Joe and crew. I DO think your vacation sounds like heaven. And would love to be a fly on the wall. Hug Lacy for me, dip in the water for me, and please take lot of photos for all of us.

i too was just sighing, wondering why some of us (you!) get to look good even when laying down, turned away..beautiful, tied back hair, no face chub, skinny arms, no hint of prego-land...glad to see I'm not exaggerating, way to be sarah for thinking my same thoughts. :)

Aren't vacations just fun in general to look forward to? i could be going down the block, but if it meant being with husband more and seeing a wonderful pal/family member, all while getting to escape the weather in the pool and knowing that my child would also be in bliss because of it, i would be excited. I will miss your regularness though, and hope that you'll still find a moment to squeeze in a post or two. I'm wondering if there even IS a little belly yet. sigh, again.

I'll count down with you! hooray for summer vacations! (wanna stop in idaho on your way back?)

Have fun on your trip. You are my blogging hero so I am so happy that my upcoming activities was worthy of a real blogger. I like seeing what you will be doing, plus it gives a preview of some future blogs. Have fun and k.i.t.

Absolutely agree with Sarah and Michelle. I have never seen a bad picture of you and from what I can see in the picture, you aren't even close to having a pregnant belly! You still look tiny & as always, beautiful!

Love the picture of Sophia. You can tell how much she loves her mama.

I just looked at your upcoming events....I'm so jealous of your wonderful vacations planned! I am really quite sad that we didn't get a true vacation this year. I guess that's what happens when you have an August baby. You're pretty tied down for the summer! Enjoy your time with your family.

Lil, you are blogging Princess (Missy is Queen as the originator)... look at you: calendar, blogroll photos, now a pending playlist (I can't make mine work, are there songs on it? maybe the security settings on my computer are too high...). truly impressive. I still can't get my pics to pop out. Ha.
SO happy to see the September events:) Countdown!!

Lillie, the ears feeling 12 pounds heavier. That was an awesome line. But none of your readers believe it. We want pictures of you big. In fact, the bigger and less attractive the better. Because if that picture is your definition of not a good picture of you, then those of us who really are overweight, those of us who really are less attractive, those of us who really can't look good in everything we post, then we will start to get our feelings hurt. You know...
