A very pre-done glimpse

Please excuse:

-the brown blinds in Sophia's room and the blue dining room and Mila's room (hoping to replace with something white- roman shades are like 7 dollars at Ikea Ross, take a deep breath.)

-The missing drawer-pulls on Sophia's dresser, I thought I had enough. Nope.

-the fact that nothing's hung

-The "stuff". I didn't tidy or I never would have gotten around to taking pictures, everything's in project mode, for good reason I know. I'm not really apologizing-- this just gave me a quick way to blog--- how do I ever catch up anyway?

-The huge plastic barrier that welcomes you into my home, behind which they are testing for bacteria and making sure our little tiny SEWAGE problem is resolved. Carpet, vanity, cabinets, drywall all ripped out. So the random picture of half blue dining room/half green toy room is the only shot I happened to have on my camera of the color in the play room before the little incident--- which is why it's posted.

-The misplaced bench.

-Mila's drool.

-The missing "M" on Mila's wall, we lost the sticky goo in the move. I hate trying to remember to pick up weird things like goo while out. Like I don't have enough to remember. Oh yeah, Ross... still need to cancel the phone at the old house. I'm on it.

-Sophia- overexposed, but doesn't she look beautiful?
And I think I will make the niche a kid niche. Her little ikea table fits perfectly and she loves to paint there. I wish I just had the painters paint it a cute color... one of many projects on the list. And now where oh where to put the computer. We all know that's all too important.
Far too many projects, and every minute online so far has been shopping (not buying, don't worry Ross, just shopping)--- I haven't checked a single blog so I'll understand if I don't deserve any comments... but Missy a GIRL!!!!!!!! Hooray!!!!!!
Glad to be back.

Nice to see the pics. If that was my house Joseph would want to play in "the tent."

I love the picture of the DROOL maybe because I have one that does the same thing. Your house looks so nice. I'm sure you can't wait till you have the WHOLE house back :) I love the colors you chose, you have wonderful taste.

Oh Lillie! I love it all -- and am just wishing for more. I have to know though, what is the color of Mila's room? It's totally the color I want to do Avery's...do tell (when you get a free second).

It seriously looks beautiful and I know, the things like goo that you don't have time for during a massive move, but don't feel like you're actually settled until you get things done like goo-ing the M on Mila's wall.

Love it all. How did you choose to switch from PINK to PURPLE for Sophia's room?

Now let's talk about where you go lamp shopping. I love both of the ones in your girls' rooms. Can I just have them? Please?

Love the photos! And I would NEVER excuse the drool, it makes a perfect baby more baby-ish and perfect. Lillie, get right out of town with your good taste! Your house is not put together and it already looks so put together. I love your tendency for turqoise:) and all the other unconventional and NON brown colors. Super super cute.

btw- the blue in on the living room looks WAY brighter in the photo than it really is. It's the same blue in the dining... but they never quite look the same in pictures anyway.

Allie, pink lamp Marshalls (or one of those), Mila's lamp: hand-me-down from my sister like half of the stuff in my house.

Kolette- Kodi helped me pick colors, so if you really do like it, you are in good hands!

Missy, Mila's room is called Calming Aloe by Benjamin Moore. I worried it would be too light, but it's one of my favorites. Definitely think I usually error on the TOO bright side. My friend Kodi had to insist I'd love it. It's super peaceful. The lightest green on it's swatch. And the purple was simply because I dog-eared one too many purple room pages in PB-Kids and Land of Nod. And because Kodi suggested it. :) I LOVE the purple room. So does Sophia.

Can you tell Ross is putting Sophia down and since he just got home from B-ball, I'm not feeling terribly inclined to go help. It's been a long day. So I'm commenting on my own post just in case anyone comes back. Goodness. Put a cork in it.

It is gorgeous, even if it's still "pre done". I love it and want to know when we can come visit? :) I absolutely love your choice of colors and my oh my, you have a great sense of decorating. Too bad that you can't help me out... I don't have ANY of that cute stuff in my house...Hopefully everything will become "normal" 100% really soon.

Yeah! So glad you're back. Your house looks great (even with the plastic)! All of your beautiful things look even more beautiful in this new house. I love it all. :) I hope those workers move FAST. . . .!

The house looks great - and the photography skills are top notch.

I'm one of Rossco's old King Henry roommates. I'd love to get back in touch with him and catch up with the all that's happened over the previous 7 years.

Okay, I love it! And it does not look like you JUST moved. You guys could pass for living there for months! I love your choice of paint colors, and how cute is the little nook for Sophia?! My little Lillie would love to put her table there! What a clever idea in the kitchen. I love utilizing space like that. Hooray to be all moved in! I love it!!

Looks great Lillie! Don't get rid of the blinds. If they fit my house, I'll but them!! We all about the wood blinds.

It's so beautiful Lillie! We miss you in our ward! I didn't see Kodi today, I really want her advice on colors for my bedroom. I HAVE to get my house done... It takes me so long to make decisions. You inspire me! I'm loving the blue.

Lillie: It was so fun to see you in our ward today. Thanks for saying "Hi". You are a sweetie! Your house looks awesome. Are you sure you just moved in? I need an update and change with mine. Can we trade? Hope they get everything fixed soon. What a pain. Hopefully it will be better than before. Take care and if there is anything I can help you with while making this ward/location change, please let me know. Great to have you -- finally!!! Hugs. alysawhitlock@yahoo.com

Juice just reminded me that you dated Kevin. For some reason that made me laugh. Also, don't catch up, just start again. That's my new plan. Love you dearly and am jealous of your house

The photos shown above are nice. You can add more life to your home by using roman blinds to your windows. You can get more information about roman blinds which I browsed from the internet may fetch you help.
