So this was kind of fun. I got an email from Kirsten over at
6th Street Design asking if she could feature my home last week on her blog during her feature friday. I felt a little silly gathering photos for her since I feel like there are a million things I'd love to do/add/change with the time and budget. And I never feel like any room is "done" of course. But of course I was flattered she asked! and it was fun to see my home on her darling blog.
So if you haven't seen enough from me over-sharing on my own blog....
Check it out.

It's a gorgeous post many congratulations
i found your blog through 6th Street! i love your home! where are the curtains in your living room from? I love the grey and subtle pattern. Your home is beautiful, so is your blog. :)
Kristin... those are from ikea! I think they still have 'em. Thanks for the kind words!
HI there! Great blog- I actually saw you on pinterest.... I am currently idea hunting for nursery ideas.... can you tell me where you found the grey and white striped wallpaper in your nursery. Sooo soothing!!
Coco, I actually just painted the stripes on that wall. I used classic gray by BM for the light and I think bedford gray??? Or something that sounds like that, from Martha Stewart (just picked up a darker gray randomly at Home Depot and it worked!). Get the green frog tape, it makes all the difference in your lines...
I just found your blog through 6th street. I LOVE your home. You've done such a great job with it. I'm looking for a chevron rug like the one you have in your home. Where did you get it?
Molodee, the rug is a recent buy at Urban Outfitters. I think it was just like 40 bucks or so!
oops-- *Melodee
I thought that was a UO rug. Does your rug measure 3x5? Cuz it looks like its a 2.5x8 and that rug doesn't come in that size. I wish it did! HA! Thanks for your help!!!
